Fitness with Julie: Yoga in 3 Ways

We all have different fitness levels and we should be practicing fitness in ways that are comfortable for us, today I am going to share some poses in my wheelchair, standing at my secured bar and down on a mat, it is scary sometimes to try new things BUT although an exercise might defeat you now, there is no harm in trying and going back to it! It may take a day, a week, a month or even a year to conquer but if you practice and keep trying, YOU will get it!

Fitness and all-around good health is very, VERY important to me and along with my regular fitness; I practice Chair yoga and have a certification in it!
