Chair Yoga: Leg Lift and Twist

Start your week off strong with this chair yoga pose!

1. Sitting tall on edge of chair, extend right leg out straight keeping foot on the floor, arms crossed over chest.

2. Inhale, make abs tight and rotate torso to the right as right leg lifts to left knee, squeezing knees together.

3. Slowly exhale & return to starting position

4. Do 10 reps, and then repeat on opposite side.
