Fitness with Julie: Make the Time

If you follow my blog posts, you know I am all about fitness and although I don’t work due to my disability and workplace standards, I see fitness as my work; yes I allow myself to have fun periodically but my long-term goal is to walk again and with my 10yr Anniversary coming up of temporarily losing something, I started off this year right with a New ‘Daily workout plan,’ plus I have continued to practice Chair Yoga, do aqua therapy, physical therapy & take fitness classes.

Is your health important to you?  Is being able to take part in events important to you? If you have kids (2 or 4-legged), are they important to you? Is your family important to you? Are you important to you? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions then uh buck up and make time for exercise!

Fitness and all-around good health is very, VERY important to me and along with my regular fitness; I practice Chair yoga and have a certification in it! In my vlog 'Fitness with Julie' I show you how we can workout even with disabilities, it's all about adaptation, determination and PERSISTENCE!!!
