Fitness with Julie: Keep on Reaching!

Well 2018 is almost over and I hope you have seen yourself improve…however improvements are not final we can improve on our improvements!

Keep on going, don’t give up, if you fail…Use that as fire to rise and reach your goal!

You may have read that and thought ‘what does she know?’

Well quite a lot actually, February 2019 will mark 10yrs my life changed… I went from a ‘normal’ daily life to a new 4wheel life….not by choice; although my health may have thought it would win…being a fairly strong-willed woman I decided no!

Fitness is my life blood and as far as I can see always will be!
