JobStart, a United Way agency is offering youths with disabilities between the ages of 17 to 29 a job readiness program called Transitions for Youth. This program includes:

• 2 weeks of employer recognised soft skills training
• Mentoring opportunities
• Networking events
• Employment placement and job retention support
