CHAIR YOGA HAS MANY BENEFITS AND JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A DISABILITY *DOES NOT* MEAN YOU ARE UNABLE TO PARTAKE IN YOGA.

FOR THOSE, LIKE ME, THAT USE A WHEELCHAIR, THINK OF THE WHEELCHAIR AS AN EXTENSION OF YOUR BODY NOT AS SOMETHING THAT STOPS YOU…YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL, GO FIND IT!
