With the cold weather creeping up on us it is hard for some of us to get out but just remember that you can do whatever you want you may just have to make adjustments to fit your lifestyle so just remember to keep going, set your mind right and go! 

NO excuses!

Fitness and all-around good health is very, VERY important to me and along with my regular fitness; I practice Chair yoga and have a certification in it!
