In the disability world we all are differently abled when it comes to fitness- full-time wheelchair users, part-time wheelchair users, mobility wheelchair users, non-wheelchair users but using other assisted devices, non-wheelchair users with limb differentials etc. However having limitations does not mean ‘we cannot’ use the same equipment others do; we just use it in a different way! Um so yeah… how about NO limits

If you have a TRX at home I hope you’re using it a lot and if your gym has one I recommend you use it as often as you can, it’s a great strength builder.
