NOW I DON’T BELIEVE IN THESE ‘FAD’ DIETS THAT GO-AROUND BECAUSE PEOPLE THINK “OH YEAH OK I’LL DO THIS AND LOSE WEIGHT YAY!” AND THEN THEY STOP THE DIET AND BAM! THE POUNDS COME BACK!
