YOU CAN DO ALL THE EXERCISING YOU WANT BUT IF YOU’RE NOT EATING RIGHT YOU’RE HONESTLY DOING THE WORK FOR NOTHING.

NOW I DON’T BELIEVE IN THESE ‘FAD’ DIETS THAT GO-AROUND BECAUSE PEOPLE THINK “OH YEAH OK I’LL DO THIS AND LOSE WEIGHT YAY!” AND THEN THEY STOP THE DIET AND BAM! THE POUNDS COME BACK!

LIKE STAYING FIT, YOU MUST CHANGE YOUR MINDSET TO ‘IT’S A CONTINUOUS TASK’

DON’T GET BOGGED DOWN BY OTHERS, DO IT FOR YOU, YOUR FAMILY AND OF COURSE YOUR HEALTH!

Fitness and all-around good health is very, VERY important to me and along with my regular fitness; I practice Chair yoga and have a certification in it!
