WE ARE CERTAINLY IN A WEIRD TIME AND I AM SURE YOUR DAILY LIFE HAS CHANGED BUT IN ALL THIS CHAOS SEE ‘HOPE’ AND DON’T LOSE YOUR ‘HOPE’.

YOU CAN STILL HAVE FITNESS IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE, IT JUST NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED; SOCIAL MEDIA IS YOUR BEST FRIEND RIGHT NOW- YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TWITTER ETC. USE THESE AS RESOURCES TO FIND HOME WORKOUTS AND ADJUST THEM TO YOUR ABILITES- THE OUTSIDE WORLD MAY BE SEMI-CLOSED BUT YOUR INSIDE WORLD REMAINS OPEN!

Fitness and all-around good health is very, VERY important to me and along with my regular fitness; I practice Chair yoga and have a certification in it!
