IN TODAY’S DAY AND AGE THERE ARE LOTS OF WAYS TO STAY CONNECTED TO MANY TOPICS; FITNESS IS JUST ONE OF MANY. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR ‘WORKOUT PROGRAM’ IDEAS THERE ARE LOTS OF RESOURCES (I THINK I HAVE SAID THIS BEFORE) ONLINE, VIDEOS, PICTURES, ALREADY WRITTEN PROGRAMS.

BEFORE THOSE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS CREEP IN- THAT THEY DON’T PERTAIN TO YOU OR YOUR DISABILITY, LOOK IT UP; I WAS POSTING ARTICLES AND EXERCISES LAST WEEK THAT ALL PERTAINED TO ATAXIA; THEY ACTUALLY HAD SPECIFIC EXERCISES, I, MYSELF, THE FITNESSAHOLIC HAD NEVER SEEN!

OPEN YOUR MIND, EXPAND YOUR HORIZONS, CREATE DON’T DEFLATE!
