Fitness with Julie: Make It Work!

Everyone has different fitness levels and in saying this it took me a while to feel comfortable enough to get down on a mat safely and get up safely, so if you are unable to do this yet- Don’t GIVE UP! Some things don’t happen overnight and take practice.

If you’re physical symptom or disease hinders the idea of this, I am going to show how you can make these exercises work for you from a wheelchair – NO EXCUSES!
