
With the ever changing times we have to figure out different ways of life, for our Fitness we have to adapt to gym challenges but DO NOT let these challenges get to you (difficult I know) try and stay connected, even though you may not have a gym to go to at this time, be resourceful seek Fitness videos out, get creative, don’t have weights or whatever it is you are given “suggestion” to use for exercise ADAPT! Don’t make excuses for yourself it’s a bad habit!
