Fitness with Julie: To Kettlebell or not to Kettlebell

YOU MAY SEE PEOPLE AT YOUR GYM WORKING DIFFERENT EXERCISES AND THINK ‘I WISH I COULD DO THAT’

GRANTED THAT MAYBE YOUR PHYSICAL ABILITY MAY BE DIFFERENT BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET DOWN ON YOURSELF AND GIVE UP…TAKE THE TIME TO SEE IN YOUR MIND HOW YOU CAN DO IT- YES OK NOT EVERY EXERCISE IS FOR EVERYONE AND THAT’S OK!

TRY AND HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE THE RIGHT MINDSET TO DO WHAT YOU CAN!

TODAY I AM GOING TO DEMO EXERCISES THAT USE A KETTLBELL neoprenekettlebells.jpg, I DO NOT OWN ONE BUT I HAVE OTHER EQUIPMENT I WILL USE!
