Fitness with Julie: Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is something I have been doing for many years, for those who may not be able to do an exercise or routine the way everyone else does this is not an excuse to not try it; many exercises or routines can be modified; so what if you have to pause and figure out how to make it work for you; it’s your health!

Chair yoga is a good, safe exercise routine; like yoga its good for breathing, flexibility and creating a calming effect within; plus a few other reasons; for those reading this and who ACTUALLY care enough about yourself to try it I applaud you!
