Fitness with Julie: Bodyweight exercises

So you want to workout but have no equipment and aren’t a gym member?

Although home equipment and a gym membership are good tools, if you do not have these don’t give yourself an excuse, YOU can still workout!

Bodyweight exercises are very versatile and there are many YOU can do!
