Fitness with Julie: Adapt it!

We all see other people and think ‘I wish I could do that’; well maybe you can! I have had to adapt to a lot in my daily life but because fitness is so important to me; I have adapted a lot to suit my slow; yet onward and upward body and mind progression!

Today I bring you ‘3’ sequences’ first down on our mats and then I show you these sequences from your wheelchair!


Fitness and all-around good health is very, VERY important to me and along with my regular fitness; I practice Chair yoga and have a certification in it!
