Fitness with Julie: Chair Yoga Warm-Up

For those of you looking for a good, safe workout to do on your own, look no further than ‘Chair Yoga’!

I have been practising Chair Yoga now for 4+ years, I was introduced to it by a ‘YOGI’ who lived across the street from me, I started simply going to her classes at the gym, she encouraged me to get my teaching certificate; so I did and the rest is history!

Chair Yoga has helped me in a lot of ways; breathing, flexibility, range of motion, to name a few!

Past students of mine have had injuries of all kinds and Chair Yoga helped that injury heal much faster and also gave them comfort! One woman even said she was losing inches of her waist!

Do not think that just because you are sitting, it’s irrelevant, I assure you IT’S NOT!
