Fit Friday with Julie: Swimming

Don’t feel like working out? Well you can swim and that can be your workout!

Even just being in water gives your joints a nice break from weight-bearing on them but it also lets you get a total body workout in, it’s also a nice place to practice things you may not be able to practice on solid ground!

Fellow blogger Connie E. participates in ‘Barrier Free Access to swimming’ to help with her disorder ‘Friedrich’s Ataxia’, she says it helps stabilize her disability and keeps her in good health!
