Fit Friday with Julie

Are you impaired in your mobility? Have ailments that hinder your body movements? Have you been wanting to try ‘yoga’ but it seems a bit difficult? Well then join me today for my chair yoga class!

To begin sit in a fairly firm chair in a quiet area of your residence, make sure your back is off chair and your feet are parallel with your shoulders, place hands on thighs, close your eyes, breathe in and out of nose nice and slow, let your mind be blank and focus on you in the here and now, take 3-5 minutes to calm your body… when ready watch video, follow along and enjoy!
