Fit Friday with Julie

Here’s another chair yoga session for you this week!

To begin sit in a fairly firm chair in a quiet area of your residence, make sure your back is off chair and your feet are parallel with your shoulders, place hands on thighs, close your eyes, breathe in and out of nose nice and slow, let your mind be blank and focus on you in the here and now, take 3-5 minutes to calm your body… when ready watch video, follow along and enjoy!
