This week I show you a few more weighted bar exercises. If you don’t have a weighted bar you can find something, adapt, no excuses!

Ideas I found from a forum.  You could fill old milk jugs with water: 1 gallon of water is about 8 pounds, mop, broom, fill up Gatorade bottles and 1-liter water bottles with water.
