Here I show you variations of the yoga pigeon pose!
The pigeon pose is a favourite position of mine because it has improved my flexibility (FYI ‘I could hardly do this pose when I first started yoga, taking a foot off the ground was almost impossible’), hopefully, these ways help you too… ENJOY!!!
