I was a volunteer instructor of chair yoga before. Two of my former students are still attending classes with their new instructor. The one class member has paraplegia and has regained some mobility from chair yoga. It has given them more flexibility and strength in muscles that were non-existent before. The other classmate enjoys how chair yoga is a destresser from daily life. It’s 45 minutes where you can unwind. The classmate also likes how you can work at your own level!
