Fitness with Julie: Do you WONDER?

There is nothing wrong with ‘wondering’. Personally, I wonder a lot about my abilities when it comes to fitness and this only makes me push myself and see what ‘new’ exercises I can try or what equipment might help in what I want to do.

Getting stronger in the mind and body will help you with this and eating right directly effects your mind, so EAT RIGHT (yes we all have ‘crap’ food days) and this IS okay once in awhile BUT when you eat well you feel good right?

So let that mind wander, try new foods, new exercises, you may just stumble on to something great!
