Shoulder stretch

With back off chair and sitting upright inhale bring palms together (prayer position) exhale link fingers together bring elbows up, inhale let go of fingers bring arms up overhead in a semi-circle, exhale link fingers push-up towards ceiling palms up, inhale slowly lower linked fingers and arms to chest level palms facing in, exhale push linked fingers with palms facing out raise to neck level-repeat slowly 3 times.
