TPWHL Lake Raiders vs Bulldogs

March 21, 2015 – Lake Raiders vs. Bulldogs (Boxscore)

In their last meeting of the season and with the Lake Raiders destined for post season play, the Bulldogs playoff hopes had just be realized with the Wolves eliminating the Kings earlier in the day.

Action started 15 seconds in on a Jeremy Schofield (Unassisted) snap shot for the Lake Raiders lead. 1:47 marked the beginning of penalty troubles for the Lake Raiders, who managed to kill off two of three consecutive infractions with the Bulldogs capitalizing on a Jerry Mariano (unassisted) marker at 9:05.

The second period saw both teams teams kill of penalties and the Lake Raiders having a goal called back on an offside call, taking this 1-1 stalemate into the third.

The final period of this tight battle failed to provide a victor however both teams are now looking forward to post season success.

Come experience the thrill of the playoffs as the third place Lake Raiders take on the second place Saints on Saturday March 28th at 12:30pm, followed by the fourth place Bulldogs taking on the first place, defending champions Wolves at 2pm.
